We had a great day in camp Saturday. Four of us made it up to our lease for a day of archery hunting. After several days of hard rain, we thought we would have good deer movement, and we were right. There were around 25-30 deer sightings and even saw two shooters running together. There were a couple more close encounters and then finally Matt Hahn broke the ice with a year and a half old doe kill. Matt made a great quartering away shot at 20 yards. The deer didn’t go far before she piled up. Congratulations Matt.
